We sell FORBED products and services for FORBED products, through our websit forbedonline.com or through our stores.

Cash on delivery does not apply to bedroom and dining room products.

Cash on delivery is available if the product matches the specifications and color of the photo - the maximum amount is 30,000 EGP.

Delivery time starts from the day the order is placed until the day the email attempts to deliver the order to you. The delivery time may vary depending on the nature of the product and installation.

Working days are from Saturday to Thursday, and do not include weekends or official holidays. The order delivery address must be clear.

Forbed Company is responsible for delivering the product to the customer’s home up to the fifth floor, with conditions suitable for lifting and with wide corridors and stairs suitable for lifting to ensure the safety of the product.

If these conditions are not available or the floors exceed the fifth floor, the customer must provide a special winch to lift the goods at his personal expense, and the company’s responsibility is limited only to delivering the product in factory condition to the customer.
